In the UK

• Our Postage and Packaging is £3.95 per order for first class mail, £2.95 for second class mail and free if you can pick up the parcel from our warehouse.
• Order before 1pm Mon-Fri, and it'll be in the post to you that day otherwise next working day dispatch.
• If a product isn't in stock, we'll say so on the site.
• UK orders over £40 are postage and packaging FREE.

We strive to make ordering online Great Value and Fun. There will be no surprise postage and packaging costs appearing in your basket to leave a nasty taste.

 

UK Orders over £40 are postage FREE.

Most orders are small enough to be sent by First or Second Class Mail. First class usually takes 1-3 working days, sometimes a bit longer, second Class takes about 2-3 working days, sometimes a bit longer.

Our couriers are DPD Local. They will make two attempts to deliver your order. Should the courier be unable to deliver at all and returns the items to us you will need to pay again for redelivery. Please think carefully about using an address where someone will be in to accept the parcel the first time.

Top Tips for Buying Online.

• If you can't be home to accept your exciting parcel, get it delivered to work or to a neighbour. Our checkout allows you to give a different delivery address to your credit card address.
• Make sure you give your card details over a secure server. Look for the padlock symbol. Our checkout is totally secure and even we don't see your card details.
• When asked for your email address please be sure it is correct or you will not receive any of the confirmation emails and we won't be able to contact you should a problem occur.
