She screams, she runs, her eyes light up.

You'll certainly give people a shock with this ornamental Halloween witch.

At a loud noise she lets out a high pitched scream which is enough to curdle your blood and then, when you think it's over she actually starts running around in circles cackling away with her eyes lit up all blue.
