Our Fair Postage and Packaging Policy

In the UK

• Our Postage and Packaging is low and tailored so that you pay per item what it costs to send.
• Order before 3pm Mon-Fri, and it'll be in the post to you that day otherwise next working day dispatch.
• If a product isn't in stock, we'll say so on the site.

We strive to make ordering online Great Value and Fun. There will be no surprise postage and packaging costs appearing in your basket to leave a nasty taste.

The basket will calculate the P&P as you add products and in the UK standard delivery will never be more than £2.95 per order. Once you reach that amount just keep adding fun stuff to your basket, you won't pay a penny more P&P

In fact UK Orders over £40 are postage FREE.

Most orders are small enough to be sent by First Class Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days, sometimes a bit longer.

Express Delivery orders, £6.95, are Mainland UK only and are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. Large regular orders over 2 kg are sent by courier. In each case they must be signed for so it is a good idea to have them delivered to an address where they can be accepted like work.

Our couriers are City Link. They will make two attempts to deliver your order. Subsequent attempts are costed to us at £8 which we may need to pass on to you. Should the courier be unable to deliver at all and returns the items to us there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please think carefully about using an address where someone will be in to accept the parcel the first time.

UNITED STATES and EUROPE

• Overseas postage is charged based on weight of goods.
• Delivery to Europe takes approximately 2-6 working days by airmail
• Outside Europe takes approximately 4-10 working days by mail
• There is no Express Delivery Delivery (Basket) available for orders outside the United Kingdom
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes

Top Tips for Buying Online.

• If you can't be home to accept your exciting parcel, get it delivered to work or to a neighbour. Our checkout allows you to give a different delivery address to your credit card address.
• Make sure you give your card details over a secure server. Look for the padlock symbol. Our checkout is totally secure and even we don't see your card details.
• When asked for your email address please be sure it is correct or you will not receive any of the confirmation emails and we won't be able to contact you should a problem occur.
