I ordered a straw boater for a fancy dress party on Saturday ..It didn't arrive as promised on Friday however i have never encountered such amazing customer service as I received when I phoned to query it . The lady that dealt with me was honest and very apologetic . She Immediately dealt with the problem dispatched another hat and also refunded the delivery cost . The hat arrived at 8.20am on Saturday in time for the party . First class Service .
