Thank you for your speedy response and service. I ordered my item Friday and it arrived Sat am. The wings are better than shown on the web page and I am looking forward to wearing them at my Christmas party. Extremely happy with the service. I had two orders that arrived very fast. The first was a top hat which arrived in a matter of days and the second was the rocker's wig and a set of facepaints. I thought I would have trouble with receiving them on time because of the Royal Mail strikes but the arrived two days before halloween. Also had a very quick e-mail response to my enquiry. Everything has been absolutely brilliant and really well made. Love it that they are on the fun side of grusome! Pumpkin light gives off a surprising amount of light and the colours are strong. I was expecting the giant web to be some fine elastic affair with a modest sized spider.The web is very sturdy braid and the spider is fabulous, but , of course, you know that already! Thank you so very much for getting this to me before Halloween!!! I have been calling the last couple of weeks to see when it was coming back in stock and every time the staff were very helpful. One lady even took the time to call me and tell me when it was back in stock so I could get mine on order the minute you had them!!!!! I’m sure she thought I was mad as I was so relieved that you got them. It arrived today as promised and it is very very cool, consider me a very happy Halloween Bunny!!!!
